About

OTNAXS OTNA
Marketing Management L.L.C

A private reputation management practice based in Dubai, UAE. We serve a limited number of clients at any given time, by design.

Why we work
the way we do.

Most reputation management firms operate as volume businesses. They take every case, charge modest fees, and give each one a fraction of the attention it deserves. The results reflect that.

We made a different choice. We accept a limited number of matters, charge fees that reflect the genuine complexity of the work, and give every client direct access to the people handling their case, not an account manager reading status updates from a dashboard.

We do not take on cases we cannot win. If your matter does not qualify under UAE law or platform policy, we tell you directly, at no charge, and advise on what alternatives exist.

Every action we take is through official channels only. Documented, defensible, and compliant with UAE law from the first step to the last.

The practice
OTNAXS is a private reputation management practice based in Dubai, UAE. We handle search result removal through Google’s Legal Help Centre, formal review dispute across major platforms, strategic press release distribution to UAE and international media, and large-scale digital authority content deployment. All through official, documented channels only.
Because reputation matters require genuine attention. We do not operate a volume model. Every client gets direct access to the people handling their case, personal updates, and the full weight of our attention. That is only possible with a limited caseload.
No. Anyone who tells you otherwise is not being honest. Google, review platforms, and media outlets make their own decisions. What we guarantee is the quality and diligence of our work. Based on our case history, our track record across all four practice areas is strong. We only accept matters we believe we can advance, and we say so directly before any engagement.
Absolutely. We do not discuss client matters with anyone outside the engagement. We do not reference cases in marketing or communications. Your data is handled in full compliance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, collected with consent, used solely for your matter, and never shared with third parties. It can be deleted at any time on request.
Yes. Every matter receives a personal assessment before any engagement. If your situation does not qualify under UAE law or platform policy, we tell you directly, at no charge. We do not take fees for matters we cannot advance.
Within 24 hours, personally. Not an automated confirmation, but a substantive response from the team handling your matter.
Fees
Fees are discussed privately during the initial consultation and depend on the nature, complexity, and scope of the matter. Search result removal starts from USD 1,500 per URL. There is no charge for the initial assessment.
Because no two matters are identical. A search result removal involving a single cached page is a different matter entirely from a multi-platform coordinated attack involving ongoing management. Publishing a price list would either misrepresent the cost of complex cases or deter straightforward ones. We prefer to have an honest conversation.
Practice areas
Private personal information (national ID, bank accounts, home address), doxxing content, non-consensual intimate images, outdated material, content already removed at source but still cached, court-ordered removals, and copyright or trademark violations. We cannot remove accurate factual content serving a legitimate public interest, regardless of how damaging it may feel.
Only if it genuinely violates platform policy: fake accounts, coordinated attacks, demonstrably false factual claims, harassment, or off-topic content. A negative but honest review is not removable, and we will not attempt it. UAE Consumer Protection Law protects genuine customer feedback. We tell you this upfront.
We prepare and submit a formal appeal. If the appeal is also unsuccessful, we advise on alternative approaches, typically strategic media positioning or digital authority building to push the content down organically. The matter does not end with a denial.

Case studies

Real cases.
Real outcomes.

All clients are anonymised to protect their privacy. These are representative of cases we handle regularly in the UAE. Outcomes vary and no result is guaranteed, but these show what is possible when a case qualifies.

Case 001: Google Deindex, Dubai

CEO targeted by unverified fraud allegations

Technology company founder in Dubai. Results within 5 weeks.

Successful
The situation

A Dubai-based technology CEO had two search results appearing on page one for their name: an article on a third-party site containing unverified fraud allegations, and a forum thread referencing the same claims. Neither had been proven in court. Both had been live for three years and were the first things anyone saw when searching the client's name.

What we did

We assessed both URLs against Google's removal policies and identified grounds under the “information no longer accurate or relevant” policy combined with privacy grounds for the personal information included in the article. We prepared a full legal argument, documented the absence of any court finding, and submitted both removal requests through Google's official Legal Help Centre within three business days.

The outcome

Google approved the removal of both results within five weeks. The client’s LinkedIn profile and their company's official website now occupy the top positions. A press release we subsequently distributed for a business expansion announcement further strengthened the positive search presence. The client reported a measurable improvement in investor meeting outcomes within three months.

2 URLs removed 5 weeks
Case 002: Review Removal, Abu Dhabi

Medical clinic hit by coordinated fake review campaign

Private clinic in Abu Dhabi. 11 of 14 reviews removed, rating up from 3.1 to 4.4.

Successful
The situation

A well-regarded private medical clinic in Abu Dhabi contacted us after its Google Business Profile rating dropped from 4.6 to 3.1 stars in less than 48 hours. Fourteen 1-star reviews had appeared almost simultaneously, all from accounts with no prior review history. The clinic had no record of the reviewers as patients. Booking enquiries dropped noticeably within the first week.

What we did

We audited all fourteen reviews against Google's review policies. Twelve showed account creation dates within 72 hours of posting, no prior review history, and language patterns consistent with a coordinated campaign. We compiled a structured evidence package for each review documenting the violation type, the policy grounds, and the supporting evidence. Formal flagging requests were submitted through Google's official review management system.

The outcome

Google removed 11 of the 14 flagged reviews within 10 days. The three retained reviews did not meet the specific threshold for removal under Google's policies. We advised the client on this honestly before they committed. The clinic's rating recovered to 4.4 stars. We subsequently helped the clinic set up a process for encouraging genuine patient reviews to further strengthen their profile.

11/14 removed 10 days From 3.1 to 4.4 stars
Case 003: Press Release, Dubai

Entrepreneur with negative forum thread dominating search results

Logistics startup founder in Dubai. 2 major publications ranked above forum thread within 4 days

Successful
The situation

A logistics startup founder preparing for a Series A fundraise had a business gossip forum thread appearing on page one of Google for their name. The thread contained unverified claims about a previous venture and was nearly four years old. The deindex assessment determined the content was unlikely to qualify for removal as it contained opinions rather than demonstrably false factual claims. We recommended a press release strategy instead.

What we did

The client had recently closed an AED 12M seed round, a legitimately newsworthy event. We wrote a press release to AP Style standards announcing the funding and the company’s GCC expansion plans, with a quote from the founder. We distributed to a curated list including two major Gulf regional business publications, an international wire service, and four sector-specific logistics and supply chain outlets.

The outcome

Both Gulf regional publications indexed in Google within 4 hours. By day 4, one ranked above the forum thread for the client's name, and by day 9, both did. The Series A close was subsequently announced six weeks later with the earlier coverage used as reference material in investor materials. The founder described the press release as “the best preparation we could have done before that round.”

Forum thread suppressed 4 days to rank
Case 004: Digital Authority Content, Dubai

E-commerce brand with near-zero organic traffic

Luxury goods e-commerce in Dubai. 1,000 articles, 10x impressions in 28 days.

Successful
The situation

A Dubai-based luxury goods e-commerce brand had been operating for 18 months with strong social media presence but almost no organic Google traffic. Their website had under 15 indexed pages. All customer acquisition was through paid social and influencer partnerships, making margins very thin. They needed domain authority and keyword coverage to compete with established players in their niche.

What we did

We ran a full site audit, identified 3 technical crawlability issues affecting indexing, and extracted 1,100 keyword targets across their product categories, buyer intent queries, and informational terms. We deployed 1,000 search-optimised articles across WordPress, each uniquely targeting a specific keyword cluster with proper internal linking architecture. Indexing tools were used to accelerate discovery.

The outcome

Google Search Console showed impressions growing from day 3 of deployment. By day 28, total impressions had increased 10.4x compared to the prior 30-day period. By month three, the site was receiving consistent organic traffic for 340+ keywords. The brand reduced paid social spend by 30% over the following quarter while maintaining the same revenue level.
